If so, who is your plan through? How much do you pay per month? what size? what do you use it for? How easy is it to text on? any other info would be great....*Im not getting one now, but its on my christmas wishlist

I'm getting one next Wednesday!! I'm super excited. It's through AT &T. Im not sure how much the general plan is but I know that if you have an iphone you HAVE to pay 30 dollars a month for the data plan, and you HAVE to get a data plan..no way around it (quote unquote from the two different stores we went to to ask). I'm getting the 8gb one because theres no way I would ever fill one thats bigger. I've played around on 2 of my friends and I loved it, and I've only heard good stuff about it from them. If you get an old iphone its a little hard to text because the touch screen buttons are so close together you end up hitting the wrong letter a lot...but if you get the new version it has the ability to make the keyboard as big as the whole screen so that makes it easier. Umm...as far as apps, there's one for everything so theres not much to say there. I've been looking them up and I so cant wait to start playing around with then

I want an Iphone but we have Verizon. Im hoping we can switch carrier's so I can get one but it's gonna be a couple years I think. I am going to getting a Blackberry Storm though which Is Comprable to an Iphone. Ill let you know how it is!

I have an iPhone. I'm in LOVE with my phone. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it haha. I have the big sized one, 14gb? Something like that. I have mine through a Canadian cellphone company so I can't give much info there. It's super easy to text one specially since you can do portrait or landscape. MMM I love my phone haha. It does picture messaging now which is TOTALLY cool. It takes pretty good pics, (atleast as good as my little point and shoot camera)

Oh Applications are SOOOO much fun. I have one called Shop Shop where you can make your shopping list (it remembers what you've entered so you can use that for your next shopping trip) and you just touch the item and it scratches it off the list! Totally cool. But there is an App for EVERYTHING and LOTS are free.

I subscribe to podcasts which is new to me. They are just a couple minute clips of shows, topics, discussions etc and it's pretty fun.

I have over 1100 songs and over 500 pictures and I'm only half way on how full it is

I LOVE the space.

I'm jealous of the new iPhone, I have the 3G and it doesn't have the video camera, if it did I would be COMPLETE haha.

Uh, ya, I think that's all.. haha I love it.

Oh ya, and I have Wi Fi so I just use it where ever I am in the house and the internet (safari) is actually really good!! Sometimes i use the 3g network and that's nice and handy to have.

I just got an LG xenon and it is so awesome!!!! It has the touch screen like an iphone but it also has a slide out regular full keyboard which makes texting so easy!!! I'm not too great at texting on the touch screen

We have the 59.99 plan then we pay an extra 40 a month to have unlimited data/internet/messaging access! Heres a link to it!!

I have one. I love it. I take all my pics on it. Its eaiser to text on now that the keyboard is landscape.

Its funny but I find it easier to text portrait style because I can do it all one hand, since my other hand is always occupied with something or someone haha!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my iphone! Jason and I always say we will never go back to any other type of phone ever again. it is seriously the best $300 investment ever!

Texting took *some* getting used to, but I have chubby fingers

But im pro now! I love the apps it is the most fun phone seriously. It is a computer, ipod, phone etc all in one. I could keep myself busy with my phone for hours i swear! I have it through AT&T and it only costs me $69.99 a month ($39.99 rate plan + the required $30 data plan for iphones). There IS a way to get around the $30 data plan but its reallllly tough and risky. Jason tried it and his phone got "bricked" which is completely unusable. So he had to get our computer-geek really knowledgeable friend to unbrick it, and then he had to "jailbreak" it to be able to use it without the data plan. now Jason is using it without the data plan (it is his work phone and they wont pay for the data plan).

Moral of the story.........I LOVE my iphone and I think anyone who owns one loves it too!

I have an iphone and love it! It was hard for me to use at first but I got it done to a science now!! It is really fun and the apps are awesome!! Im through ATT and I like it alright, I pay $24.99 for the data package then my regular plan on top of that!!

ok so really its not too much more than Im paying now! Im able to spend about $100 a month, but then thats hubby without a phone....well see

Through ATT Kyle and I pay about $115 a month for unlimited text messages unlimited calling and the data package for me!! We get military discount so for you it would be a smidge higher, but atleast you get an idea!!

I have a $9 pre paid cell phone from Target (tracphone)....and I just learned to text in the last year...and I suck at it still.

LOL I feel for you Amy. Mike has a *thing* against Apple, and since he makes all electronic purchasing decisions in the house {if he does it to pay the bills, I leave it to him}, I will never have an Iphone. I had a Tmobile Sidekick I was quite addicted to, traded back to a simpler Verizon phone and now I want a more PDA phone again!

I just have a basic cell phone. I don't plan on getting a fancy one. Are family plan is $12 per phone and we have tons of minutes. I never text but Dh does.

No iPhone here, DH is anti-apple also. But he got the iPod touch, which is the same thing only not a phone and no camera. He uses it for work. For cell phones he wants the Palm Pre, which is supposed to be better than the iPhone is now, only cheaper and not through At&t which is great for us, cause we have Sprint. We have 4 phones (2 for dh and I, one for work, and one for my parents) and only have texting on one line and it's $100/mo or so.
