For those Mommies that have BF or currently are... when did your AF get back on track? I'm finding it frustrating. I got AF back quite soon after Dustin and it just comes whenever it pleases. It first came March 20 and then the next was CD 21, and CD 34. It's currently CD 46 and she's no where in sight.
I'm feeding just regularly, if anything less so then at the very beginning. Less frequently but I guess more since he's getting bigger.
When did it get back on schedule for those who did get AF during BF?

Hmm. I'm just confused. I thought it would for sure be back to normal since it came back so quickly but... no where in sight! ugh.

Mine is acting similarly to yours but I only get spotting. I've only had one flow and was when it first came back on March 20. After that it's come but only with spotting.

The AFs that I've had were normal. Its so weird.
I took a test a couple days ago and it was BFN. The test expired Apr '08 but the control line came up just fine so I'm pretty sure it was correct. Plus we've been pretty careful.

Well, I don't know much about BF but I'm sure it affects your hormones which could affect ovulation right? If you're ovulating late or not ovulating at all then your cycle won't be predictable. I could be wrong but that would be my guess. You should ask Angela!

I think your exactly right! I guess I just assumed that because my AF came when Dustin started sleeping the night I thought maybe it meant that I wasn't BF often enough to keep from ovulating... but I guess I still am?
Oh who knows! haha.

Mine didn't come back until Loch was 13 1/2 months old and I ovulated the week before that. I've ovulated every cycle ever since but the CD it happens varies a lot--anywhere from CD 21-33. Hormones take a while to get back on track for some people, I'm still working on mine and we only nurse once a day and not every day at that.
