I know we all get to know all the medical intricacies of ttc hanging around JM, but I found a good article that I thought some of you might be interested in. It explains a lot about conception in detail. I was surprised to find that there was some good stuff in it that I didn't already know from JM and other research. It is fairly long, but here it is, if you're interested:

I hope some of you got some good info you didn't already know! I always wondered how the sperm actually got to the egg (in detail). Boy was I wrong.
