When did you start feeling better? I hear that the 2nd trimester you're feeling better and having more energy and I'm really banking on that. I haven't had bad morning sickness or anything close... I've only thrown up maybe 5 times this whole time. But I feel like I'm getting more and more exhausted by the day and especially in the last week or so just nothing sounds good or settles my stomach. I'm not throwing up... it's just that nothing sounds appealing and I constantly feel like I have low blood sugar and am hungry but nothing helps.

Sooo... is this going to get better you think? When might that be?

The worst part of pregnancy for me (after the first trimester) didn't start until the last month. Everything is horrible from that point haha. No seriously, it does get better for alot of women in the second trimester..

I hope you feel better soon hon. & it is tru that you get a lot more energy in the second tri- i felt my best from week 15 to about 26.

You aren't going to like my answer I was puking up until 29 weeks, nausea here and there until delivery. My morning sickness was awful, just....really really terrible.

Well I'm no where close to where you were... so I'll just remember to be thankful I'm not throwing up hardly at all! I can manage having an unsettled stomach and being exhausted if it means I'm not puking all the time! It's just weird b/c while I know symptoms come and go and vary in strength it seems like everything is getting more severe recently when it should be easing up since I'm closer to the second tri I thought. I just hope it doesn't develop into terrible throwing up m/s or something

That's exactly what I said to my doctor and every time I went back she would say "give it another 2 weeks, you'll feel better"..."it should start to go away now"...."you're still sick huh?"... I'm glad it's not too bad for you! I hope it stays that way.

bum bum bummmm! you guys aren't giving me good news! Maybe I can chalk the recent exhaustion up to it being 100 degrees here lately? Hmm.

Oh I forgot the good news, my fault my fault. The good news is the exhaustion did subside quite a bit the 2nd trimester (just didn't take the puking with it) It wasn't until about 35 weeks that I got REALLY exhausted again. So there! There is hope

With both of my pregnancies the second tri was the best. I had a cute lil bump by that point and TONS of energy. I was still a touch morning sick with Lily but I never had any of that with Violet. Oh, also my sex drive was through the roof!

With Liam I puked 2-3 times a day from 6 weeks til about 15 weeks. After that I felt great!

With Lochlann I puked a few times a day from 3 weeks to 7 weeks. Then I puked every single thing that went in my mouth, even water, until I got put on meds at 11 weeks--then I was down to puking only about 5 times a day. Then the meds had to get increased at 12 weeks. I was able to wean myself off the meds with no puking by 21 weeks. The meds sucked at first because I had to have them in suppository form the first week because I couldn't keep the pill down.

I don't remember getting much energy back with Loch but Liam was/is very active so he had me running constantly. I remember with Liam I got my energy back after the "morning" sickness was gone.

I had morning sickness 6 weeks to 16 weeks, and vomited on Monday mornings, weeks 12-16. It was around 18 weeks when is started to feel better and it wasn't until 27 weeks or so when i started to go back downhill. I didn't notice I had extra energy until 28 weeks when I just got so tired all the time. The last few weeks are a killer. At almost 37 weeks, i can barely go shopping at target without being exhausted.

Morning sickness and fatigue never fully goes away for me until 16 weeks. This time I had horrible morning sickness from weeks 7-11, then it eased up, and then the terrible fatigue hit at around 12 weeks. I also felt like I was getting worse at that point, instead of better. I have just started feeling good this past week. No morning sickness, no fatigue, I feel pretty normal actually. Although, I still get food aversions. That usually lasts my entire pregnancy, so I tend to stick to fruits and light foods. I think that's why I feel the best when I'm pregnant, I don't eat junk! But most women do start feeling better at some point in the second tri.

The exhaustion was the absolute worst part of the first trimester for me - and it lasted the WHOLE first trimester. I would say by about 13 weeks I was feeling human again. I also wasn't sick, but for awhile, I felt soooo hungry, but the mere thought of food made me feel so nauseous....it was a horrible viscious cycle. Again, got better once I was in my second trimester (it was weird how it practically disappeared as soon as I hit my second tri!).

I hope you start feeling better soon. I was about ready to invest in a giant box of toothpicks to keep my eyes open!

I'm exhausted ALL the time now and I'm in the middle of the second trimester.. But that's due to me working full time and chasing a toddler around.. But with my first pregnancy, it was great.. The tiredness went away after the first trimester..

Everything started looking up at around 14 weeks both times but my 2nd pregnancy was more tiring because I had an infant still and she was just starting to crawl and get close to walking
