Monday I got an amazing envelope in my mailbox. An envelope I have been waiting weeks for. It was from the testing facility who put out the big 8 hour licensing exam that I took back in April. I passed! It was such a relief to have that piece of paper in my hands. Now I just have to wait to hear from the State to get the 'official' license certificate and order my stamp and I can officially put "P.E." (Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering) after my name. I passed!
Tuesday I had a doctor's appointment. I'm 17 weeks and got to hear a beautiful healthy heartbeat on the doppler. Of course that little bit of doubt always lingers so hearing that heart beating away made me relieved. Heartbeat of 144!
But today. Today would have been my due date for my little July firefly. I feel so blessed to have had heard that heartbeat yesterday, I think it will make today a little bit easier. But it's still tough. It's gotten easier as the months have gone on but I will never forget. The week of my miscarriage (Dec 8th) I had a dream that I would have a child on the anniversary of my miscarriage. This little one's due date is December 3rd-5th (depending on going by ovulation or my various ultrasounds).

Congrats on passing the PE!! I was wondering if you had got your results because my DH found out his results like a week or two ago about the FE and he passed too!!!

CONGRATS on your PE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know Troy is always talking about doing that some day.....I can't wait to tell him one of my "mommy board" ladies just got hers!

Congrats on your PE, that's awesome! I'm so glad you got to hear the heartbeat, I know its a relief every time!
I'm so sorry about your lost baby, it sucks. I had Liam 4 days before the 3rd anniversary of my miscarriage and had Lochy a week and a half before the 4th anniversary of my EDD with my lost baby. It's funny how timing works out sometimes and having them around those dates does make those dates more bearable.

Yay for passing your exam. I know that must be a huge relief. I took my huge 8 hr licensing exam back in november and it was a bee-yatch, lol. It must be hard to be missing your lost baby, but I am so happy for you that this one is doing so well... AND you are almost half way baked
