Boy will be boy (with pic - caution head wound)

So my little guy is all boy that's for sure. We spent yesterday morning in the urgent care getting staples in his head....he was so incredibly brave didn't even flinch when they gave him like six shots in the head to numb the area - granted I promised him jelly beans but still he was fabulous. The nurse said he was one of the best patients she ever had. I'm glad I got that AFLAC accident policy! Also it was my first outing with both kids...and I made it! DH had to leave half way thru for his appt with the urologist....I said there is no way you are cancelling that! Here are some pics:

Well Nora and I were still asleep - Daddy and Harrison were up getting ready for school....and this is the story I got....David was sitting on the couch and Harrison was climbing on him behind him....David stood up and Harrison grabbed onto his waist area from behind and wasn't quite holding on tight enough and kind of rolled off the couch and hit his head on the coffee table.....he cried right away so no concussion.....but he had a huge goose egg and this 2 cm gash! The funny part is on Monday I called to schedule to get portraits done of the kids - on Thursday.....so then Wednesday he does this...and David had said as soon as I got off the phone with the photographer "you know he'll end up with some huge thing on his face before we even get to the photo shoot".....and I almost cried when I heard DH say that morning "let's go show mommy what happened, I think we'll have to go to the hospital". I was sure it was on his face. But it's on the back on his head so the pictures turned out fine!
