Chicago meet up?!

I was wondering if/who would be interested in a JM meet up! I and Kyle have both July 11th/12th and 18th/19th weekends available. (pending labor that is LOL).
Anyone want to come up/down/over this way? Or have ideas on what we should do?

I'm going to be in NW Indiana (about 1.5 hrs away from Chicago) on July 25th & 26th. I don't see myself being able to come up before then. How long will you be in Chicago? I forgot when you are heading to LA.

im trying for that weekend too ... taking the train I think. And prob staying near downtown or north Chicago... and I may go in just me and Alexa.

Resi will u stay the night in Chicago or just spend the day?

Kyle u live west of the city? Schaumburg? Angela u staying Marriott near Ohare?

actually I may fly... its cheaper! And I want to buy my tix soon... next couple days... so are we all good to meet on Sat the 25th or Sun th 26th? I want to come fri night or sat morning thru Sunday or Mon morning

I would totally fly up but I'm already going to Dallas the last weekend of the month so I would have needed more notice I guess. Angela, are you leaving right after the baby is born? How long will you be in Chicagoland?

I have friends who are coming up that weekend (25/26th)---but I would be willing to do a get together anyway (I can send them to something a preggo can't do! LOL)....I just may not be able to stay as long as I would like.
I know kyle is open all weekends.
I'm at the Marriott next to o'hare and Kyle is also in a NW suburbs (not sure if she wants me saying which one).

So shall we just go with that weekend then?!

The plan as of now stands that once baby is born we have two weeks here and then down to new orleans. Troy's company really wants him to be the guy to go down there as their head man....funny thing is that there are 8,500 people and 3.5 BILLION dollars on this job

---its the largest oil refinery expansion since 1978 in the USA....and its ALL waiting for this baby to start up! LMAO..... To bad baby doesn't get the memo on that!

Looks like we will be there about 6months so I will be trying to get a meet up going while down there also---maybe about mardi gras time!!!!

I wish you'd be in Chicago longer! Last year Kyle and I had talked about me making it up there that September and it just never happened and I'd really love to meet up with you guys! I could get there cheap but it just won't be able to happen any time this month.

I'm down for New Orleans and I'm sure DH would want to go on that trip ... but mardi gras time I'll have a newborn! haha... we'll see!

^^^ Kyle & Eric said they may be coming down for a NO visit about mardi gras time...funny how NOW everyone wants to visit me when I'm in new orleans LOL. She will have a newborn also...it may be a calmer mardi gras then most.

Im in for that weekend. I think
im going to train it rather than fly... under $100 for just me and Alexa. DH has to work- starts new job that week. I'll prob come in Sat at noon to downtown then subway or cab it to where we meet and leave Sun enening at 6 pm. Im deciding to stay either by ohare cuz maybe we'll meetup down there and with Alexa it'll be easier to stay closeby. WDYT?

I will totally meet up with everyone on July 25th, Saturday. It will be just Oliver & I. Were do we plan to meet up? What time? I'm thinking about driving up on Friday to my Opa's (grandfather's) and then Saturday I will meet up with everyone. I don't think I plan on staying in the city unless I end up staying with a friend. Will see... Yay!

Im so excited!!! Havent been to Chicago since we moved in early 2008

and to meet u girls and hang out!!! The weather is going to be so nice... we could go hang out somewhere outside thats shaded... maybe Navy Pier, and Ohio St Beach and park right by there-- thats right by where I lived!

Where are Angela & Kyle in Chicago? We are going to meet in the city, right? I'm going to be driving in so I know parking downtown will be a big pain and expensive.
