First of all... photobucket and youtube suck. PB won't take my video b/c it's too big and youtube spent like 30 minutes uploading it last night only to 'fail.' So I used vimeo, which I'd never heard of before. So if you have videos to upload... try vimeo.
Yesterday we told my Granny we're pregnant. She is practically deaf -- no hearing in her right ear and only like 10-20% in her left WITH the hearing aid... so she reads lips a lot and you have to kind of yell at her and she misses things. Because of this we decided to give her a card about becoming a grandparent and then I wrote in it 'Coming January 15th, 2010" at the bottom. You know when you get birthday cards, etc and people are watching you read them and you kind of skim over it?  I guess that's what she did because she didn't seem to get it. Also, since we taped it with our digital camera... the same thing happened when we video'd telling my mom where she keeps pausing to smile for the camera, no realizing it's recording. kinda funny. DH is giving me a hard time re-watching it about how 'videoing' is not a word
Anyway... her reaction is kind of funny since she didn't get it at first so I thought I'd share. I look like crap, try not to notice me, k? haha

Awww! I love your grannie! She is always so cute in the pictures youve shared, its cute to see her "in action"! Thats so funny she didnt get it, i totally do the same thing when people are watching me and just skim over the card, obviously she did too! Awwww!

Awww that was so cute!! I know its the hormones and all but I got a little teared up at her double take reaction. And her comment on "I thought you would wait a couple of years"...hahaha. So sweet!
