So, I really think this eggplant parmesan is no joke! First, Michelle went into labor not long after eating it, and now one of my friends from work did too! I told her about it after Michelle made it. She said she was seriously going to try it. Sat. night after work, she went to Olive Garden and ordered it along with Raspberry Tea. She went into labor last night and had the baby this morning at 11:00. She went to Olive Garden because she asked her Dr. and he said it didn't have to be that exact receipe. He said it was something in the eggplant that causes it. I am a true believer! I am going to remember this. Sam, have you tried it yet?

I'm totally trying this someday. If nothing else, it's an excuse to eat a really yummy, really high fat dish

I LOVE eggplant all the time but especially now! We went to Olive Garden Sunday night and that's the only thing I ever order from there. When we got home Ben dropped my entire leftover container of it on the floor and I am SO PROUD of myself for not crying. Normally I'd totally cry. The restaurant that makes it (Michelel's article) is in a county near us so we'll totally go if I get over 40 or 41 weeks. I wonder if I should cool off on the eggplant so I don't go into premature labor or something

That's awesome! What a great way to start your labor...I'll have to keep that one up my sleeve. Congrats to your friend!

But I wonder how much carbs is in that meal?.. lol If it's high, I can't do it..
