So we made it 6 months of only BM! I think that's pretty good. That's my goal MIL is baby sitting tonight and I should have plenty of stored BM for tonight's bottle. Then he will have made it 6.5 months before his first formula bottle. He'll be getting 1 bottle of formula every other Tuesday night. I hope to continue to NIP instead of grabbing the formula when out and about. We'll see how it goes

I think my next goal will be to do BM and Formula occasionally until 9 months.. and then go from there.

So yes he's 6 months today!! and look who's teething...

haha

but no signs of teeth yet! Hopefully soon hehe.

He's doing fine. He's always been a touch drooly and always has like to have something to chew on... He's been waking up for an extra feed at night, so I'm not to sure if that's part of it or just a growth spurt or whatever. He's not cranky or grumpy or anything... seems to be a pretty good teether haha

WTG! And NIP is WAY easier than the bottles LOL! You'll be able to do it! And I'd say he's haveing a growth spurt, typical at 6m! YAY!

i am so jealous~i wish joshie wouldn't be so cranky but i can't say i blame him. and he hasn't been up extra at night yet except for him going down later than usual last night. oops, i guess i mean he's still sleeping through the night.

Ya Curtis was a great teether as well... until some spots here and there haha.

I totally agree about NIP being easier then a bottle. It's nice because I'm usually with my MIL so she always makes sure we go to a nice place, and she entertains Curtis and stuff. It's actually a nice little break from shopping or running around

I also am getting SO comfy doing it without a cover even so that's great! But he's getting more and more easily distracted. I think I need to purchase a necklace he can play with.
