I havnt had a period this ANNOYING since having the kids...Im bleeding really heavy, Cramps are thoes dull "I know your in there..tap..tap...tap" type and even pamprin wont take them away....grrrr....

just venting...sorry

Ugh.... I get it pretty badly every month where CDs 1&2 I hide in the bedroom from the world. I take 600 or 800 mgs of advil a couple of times a day. And heating pads... HTH!! Hang in there!!

Sorry to hear AF is being a b!tch, Beth I totally hear you - the first day of my period, all I want to do is sleep and keep the painkillers coming, and then the next couple days are just painful.
