I can't believe I have a son, I can't believe I am actually a mom. I look at Jack and . . . I can't even describe how amazing it is that he is here. That he is real! I feel more complete and content then I ever have before.

I feel the same, sometimes I still sit there and think "Wow, I am in the process of MOTHERING someone...of RAISING a human being that I MADE. No pressure, no pressure..."

That's so sweet....just wait till he says "I don't want you to talk to me...I'm frustrated" (which is what my sweet boy said to me yesterday when I was disciplining him and then proceeded to tell my dad this also on the phone)...you'll really feel "in love"  Just kidding...even those moments are precious and so worth it!

What amazes me is how the feeling grows everyday. You wouldn't think you could love someone more then you already do, and yet it just expands beyond any type of love I ever had for someone. I look at Jack now, and I feel like I've known him forever. It's like looking at a loved one I haven't seen in a long time, and realizing a void I didn't know existed is now filled. It is more then I could have imagined.
