Umm...this can't be good....

I got a positive ovulation test tonight....

I am not supposed to go to the DR to get an ultrasound until CD 13 which is thursday....I am currently CD 11. I had some O type pains today so that is why I tested. I kinda hope it was just a fluke, because DH doesn't have he time to take off work and my work isn't prepared for me to leave to get an IUI done on thursday. I guess I will take another test in a bit and see what it says, Im just so confused

Better now than never though.......

Hmm....odd. That would be a bummer if you had already Oed before your u/s and chance at the IUI. Are you sure it's totally positive? Pics??

Uh oh, I'd call your Re and see what he wants you to do! Can you DTD now just in case? I don't know what is "allowed" with IUI.

Im hoping it was just a fluke!! It wasn't positive like all my other ones have been, there was just thin stripe that was as dark and the rest of the strip was light....KWIM
I will take another one in a bit when I have to pee again.

We are not supposed to DTD for 5 days prior to the IUI!!

Oh no... my only advice to you is to call your doctor and let them know what's going on. Hopefully you'll be able to salvage this cycle and get your IUI done, even if it means juggling your schedule a bit. Good luck!

Update?

That IUI timing really does bite sometimes. We pissed off our supervisors several times leaving at the last minute to get ours done, and it is a pain. Dustin finally had to tell his boss we were doing fertility treatments. And the cycle we got Jack, he REALLY ticked off his boss b/c she had to come in on a Friday morning on her vacation since we had to go get the IUI done that day. I wanted to call the cycle off and avoid the trouble, but Dustin insisted. And now we have Jack! I hope you didn't O early and it works out this cycle!
