Am I crazy or did we have a discussion about this some time back (before I had Matthew)?

So right after Matthew has nursed or really anytime except for maybe after he's had chunky spit up, if I lean in to kiss him I can smell his breath and it smells SO GOOD. That sounds really weird but it's true. It just makes me want to kiss him and cuddle him. I don't know how to describe it. It's one of those things I wish I could bottle up and go back to when he gets older.

I think there were others saying the same thing and commenting on how there is a flower called baby's breath, so it must be a common thing?

I love Oliver's breath too! It never smells bad. I love everything about the way he smells. There is nothing like smelling my baby. Although now that he eats solids he doesn't have that newborn mama milk smell as much.

I love Amara's breath too. Sometimes I think it smells like vanilla milk. But in general it has a sweetish smell. I used to think it was just me and dared not mention it to anyone IRL in case they thought I was crazy.

I didn't like Ella's breath in the beginning.. that milk smell was gross to me. But now I like it! Lol. Funny because I love puppy's breath.

Ick to puppy breath! No way does that smell good. But I'm not a dog person. I use to think my cats smelled good but after Oliver I don't.

Just thinking about it makes my heart melt! I miss it! I still love the way Reid smells, but that just-nursed newborn smell is priceless.

I love the way Phinny's breath smells too! I don't remember that with Aden, but she was on formula after like 2 months old so that might be why.
