Am I crazy or did we have a discussion about this some time back (before I had Matthew)?
So right after Matthew has nursed or really anytime except for maybe after he's had chunky spit up, if I lean in to kiss him I can smell his breath and it smells SO GOOD. That sounds really weird but it's true. It just makes me want to kiss him and cuddle him. I don't know how to describe it. It's one of those things I wish I could bottle up and go back to when he gets older.
I think there were others saying the same thing and commenting on how there is a flower called baby's breath, so it must be a common thing?
I love Oliver's breath too! It never smells bad. I love everything about the way he smells. There is nothing like smelling my baby. Although now that he eats solids he doesn't have that newborn mama milk smell as much.
Conner is on formula but I love his breath too!! Except when he burps But other wise it smells so sweet and just think "Awww my baby!!!!" and snuggle him
I love Amara's breath too. Sometimes I think it smells like vanilla milk. But in general it has a sweetish smell. I used to think it was just me and dared not mention it to anyone IRL in case they thought I was crazy.
