A co-worker of mine just looked me up and down, then focused on my ankles... She says "My! Are your ankles swollen?" all sympathetically to me. My mouth fell open, I looked down at my ankles and said "no, I guess they're just fat" and walked away. They're not, they're my everyday normal ankles - same as before pregnancy. I haven't had any swelling this entire pregnancy! I can't for the life of me figure out why she would say something like that to me?! I'm not overweight to start with, so it's not like I have chunky ankles. I just keep looking at them like "***?!"
What the heck is wrong with people?! I hate that because I'm pregnant everyone at work thinks they can say whatever the crap they want to me. Grrrrrrrrrr........ I'm feeling pretty awesome right now.
Okay, rant over.

I hate to say this but....it's going to happen more and more the farther along you get. Something about being pregnant (and having a young baby) makes people feel like it's appropriate for them to say/touch/do whatever they want. I've about had it myself.

I had the same rude comments last year at work when I was pregnant. People don't think when they say those things. Or they think it's okay to say because your pregnant. I had people telling me how HUGE I was and how I would end up with a 20 lb baby. It's get old.

It never ends.... people are dumb. I was REALLY big at the end (look liked i was carrying a watermelon) and people swore I'd have a 10 pound baby and were shocked when he was 7lbs 12oz. "Oh thats all" they would say followed by "Well you must have been REALLY eating for two!".
Meanwhile I've lost all but 10 pounds.

Gosh just this morning I went to put on a pair of sandals with ankle straps and found they were suddenly too tight! Thank goodness I tend to wear long pants to cover my "pregnancy cankles" LOL. Otherwise I'm sure every ignorant person within a mile radius would be pointing them out to me. I don't know why some people the need to blurt out whatever comes into their head. Luckily so far the worst I've gotten is people saying I'm huge... well yeah, in comparison with my pre-preggo flat belly, it's quite a change... but do they really need to use words like "HUGE?"

People can be so rude! I'm definitely not looking forward to those kinds of comments. I'd better start thinking of some come-backs now!

People always seem to feel the need to comment about some part of your anatomy when you're pregnant. Either your face is getting fat, your legs are swollen, yada, yada, yada... It would be great if they would just shut up but it's like a curse or something. They don't feel complete unless they comment in some form or fashion.

What rudeness! I don't even know why people find it approptiate to comment on anyone's body or body parts.
This is the one I get and hate. I get told I am too small for 7 months pregnant. When I say I have gained 29 lbs already, I have then been told I am going to have a 10 lb baby or will never lose the weight again afterward if I don't watch what I eat. Wait? Didn't you just say I was too small?!
