Can I go to a theme park?? DH and I want to go to Silverwood amusement park. I want to go on the rollercoasters, and all the rides though!!! I hate putting my life on old, because if I am not pregnant I would have missed out on my only chance this year!! There are also watersides and fun wate activities!!! Would it hurt anything at this point??

I would go. You only get one life, and TTC can only have so much hold on it!

You should honestly be ok at this point. The roller coaster risk is mainly once the placenta has formed - the bouncing and jarring could cause placental abruption. People do all sorts of things before they *know* they're pregnant... run marathons, ride horses, and yes go on roller coasters. Right now you might have a tiny cluster of a few cells which is way too small to be disrupted by what's happening outside of your uterus.

If you think you'll be really anxious about it - like if you go on rides and end up not pregnant, you'll blame yourself - then maybe you pass it up for now. But if you think you'd regret not going more, then try to put it out of your mind.

That sounds like lots of fun! Why don't you ask your doc if it could hurt anything?

Honestly over the weekend on Saturday I went to an amusement park and got on most of the rides. I didnt get on the ones where the safety harnesses pressed on my lower tummy though. Although I'm pretty sure its not gonna hurt the baby at this point in time, I still didnt want to risk it. But that was only 2 rides out of the 10 or 12 that they have there.

I say GO FOR IT!

I always think about how angelalesina said she went snowboarding and fell and rolled all the way down the side of the mountain like a day before she got her BFP. And we can all see how well Landen turned out!

Go for it! Like Kyle said above, it's too early for something like that to disrupt a baby bean. If you're worried, just ring up your doc and ask. It sounds like so much fun- I'm jealous!
