 I LOVE the milk drunk! She is so cute! 
I've had the same kind of headaches before and it took mine about a week or a week and a half to go away fully. When they started to go away, if I tried to do too much they would come back. Don't get discouraged though, mine were constant in the beginning and started to come and go in the very end, so maybe you are nearing the end since it sounds like yours are coming and going! I sure hope so. Just lay down if you can, keep your head back, and DON'T FEEL BAD! It's not your fault and it certainly doesn't make you a bad mom.  Feel better soon!

She is beautiful ! She looks so much like her 4-d u/s!!!! Mommy guilt sucks. I remember when Landen was that age I asked him to please take a nap in a annoyed voice and then cried about it later LOL!!!! Don't let that stuff get to you, you are doing the best you can. And you are doing a great job!

I know what you mean by feeling jiped that you didnt have a 'baby baby' Ian was 9lbs 13oz at birth, skipped 0-3 and was in 12 months at 3 months (sorta, some stuff is smaller than others) So it was kinda nice to have morgan be almost premi sized when she was born (6lbs 15oz)
Have you tried taking excedrin for your headachs?

Cycle #1-9 - All Natural....5BFN's, 4BFP's (all ended in miscarriage)  Cycle #10-11 - Met with first RE, diagnosed with heterzygeous MTHFR mutation & slightly low SA on all counts. -BFN, Cycle #12 - First IUI+Trigger - BFN, Cycle #13 - BFN Cycle #14-15 - Met with new RE, diagnosed with a blocked right tube that previous RE completely overlooked or didnt care to mention. Soy (120mg) - BFN Cycle #16 - Clomid (100mg) - BFN, Cycle #17 - Clomid (100mg)+Trigger+IUI - BFN Cycle #18 - Acupuncture+Clomid (100mg) - BFN Cycle #19-27 - 2 Soy (160mg) cycles, the rest all natural also 30lbs lost!! - BFN's Cycle #28 - New RE is GREAT! Put on bcp 7/6/11, Lap surgery 8/1/11- Tubal cyst (5cm) found and removed, Uterine Septum removed, and Stage II-III endo removed. Nikki, she is so darn precious!!!! I love her chunky-ness!!! Don't feel like a bad mommy because you have a headache....and those sound like migraines to me....I get them a lot too! You're a wonderful mommy....remember that! Thanks for sharing your precious girl with us!!! She is so beautiful!!! And holy cow her stump fell off quick!!!! Now my girl baby fever is worse!!!

Just a little advice for your spinal headaches... I had a SEVERE spinal headache after Rylie was born for the first week. My midwife suggested drinking LOTS of coffee and I told her I was concerned because I was BF and she said it would be ok. I drank 2 or 3 pots, yes pots, of coffee in 1 day and my headache was gone and Rylie was just fine. You may not need that much coffee but I did and I tried to lay on my back because that relieved it as well. I hope that helps
