Does your temp still climb up if youve had an unovulary cycle? What happens if you dont ovulate? obviously you still get your period, right? Im confused, and just trying to make sure I ovulated this cycle, I didnt temp when i should have and now Im curious if I did - my temps are climbing each day and am curious when to test. Im also pretty sure Im still unregulated due to the fact that I started bleeding on CD 24 last month and Im CD 31 I think today...LOL I hate this part of TTC!

You can still bleed even though you did not ovulate, it's called "breakthrough bleeding" I believe, but it's not a period. Some ladies will get the breakthrough and some will need meds to help their period along. Every time I didn't ovulate I got the breakthrough bleeding, and was much shorter than my normal periods and I didn't cramp as bad. But it would be a while before I got the bleeding, about 38-40 days in between each breakthrough bleed.

As far as charting, I didn't chart temps, only CM so I'm no help there.

No, your temp will not go up and stay elevated if you did not ovulate. It can spike, but not actually shift. Of course, that is based on good temping practices. Sleeping patterns, temping time, alcohol, and a number of other things can affect your temp.

If you are confident that nothing strange influenced your temps, you definitely ovulated because there is a pretty clear temp shift on your chart. Although it is hard to tell exactly when since you didn't temp much this month.

well I drank last night but that was it, either way it would have been right around where this AM's temp is at. So I guess TWW then?

My cycle looked mostly like this, which is an anovulatory cycle found on FF. Notice the temps:

While the chart is generally lower on the left and higher on the right, the drastic temp swings from one day to the next, and the lack of consistent ewcm made me think anovulatory. Notice also that FF did not make crosshairs, but I overrode it so that my luteal phase would still be 14 days long--didn't want to mess with my stats
