Ok so for a few days now I've been having cramps on and off. They're really mild and there hasnt been any blood. My next appt is in 2 weeks (12w3d). I had an appt at 7w2d and everything was perfect. I have it more when I'm slouching down on the couch or when I'm laying on my left side (I think its b/c the baby is on my right side).
Have anyone else had this and everything was okay? I'm trying not to be a Worry Nut, and trying to stay away from googling Missed Miscarriages. And I thought about getting a doppler to ease my nerves, but it might be too early. Someone please be honest and tell me that its just my uterus expanding and that it happens to everyone.

Really, don't worry! It would probably be more of a worry if you didn't have any sort of cramps. Step away from Google, lol!
I had them all of my 1st trimester. They were very mild, but were most noticeable when I was lying down and were more so on the left side (where baby implanted). They were completely gone by 12 weeks or so.

I had cramping the first few weeks of my pregnancy. They felt just like AF cramps but maybe not as painful. It is very common and most women have them in the begining of pregnancy. I'm sure you are just fine.

I had them! I measured large the whole time (Gem was a big baby!) and the doc said my uterus growing was stretching the tendons and giving me round ligament pain and muscle cramps. Maybe you just have a fast-growing bean in there!

Yep normal, I had them too. More so when I was at work and running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

I still get the occasional cramp! The uterus has to stretch so much with these beans. As long as they're not so bad that you're doubled over in pain, and there is no blood, the likelihood is like 99.9% that you are just fine.
The home Doppler will probably be very unreliable at this stage of the game, and could lead to you freaking out more when you can't find the heartbeat. The ones they sell for at-home use are never as good as the ones in the doctor's office. If you're super worried, tell your doctor you're having cramps and get in for a quick heartbeat check (or, if you're really lucky, an u/s!). It can't hurt. But even without it, just remember that your baby is fine! Just growing like he/she should be.

totaly normally! And totally understandable as to why you would worry!
I had them all the time, but if you do get to worried, talk to your midwife x

Thanks ladies! I feel soooo much better about it. It doesnt happen a lot, normally when I'm sitting down for long periods of time or when I'm slouching.

I had cramps, at first they were like a dull AF type cramp and then later I got more sharper twingy type cramps and i think those were the round ligament pains of everything expanding. I think they started earlier than I thought they would.
