I was in my junior year in high school and working on getting my cosmetology license. Andy and I had been together a little over a year

5 years ago, this month, Ed was sent to Iraq. I moved into my first place 2 hrs from home, couldn't find a job, and was failing my semester of college.
I'm much happier now!

Me and Daniel had been married for 4 months. Right about this time I moved to Dublin, Ireland to begin my vet med degree... it was very stressful moving to a new country that I had never even visited and leaving my new husband for months at a time. Having children was at the very back of my mind.

I actually have a very good memory! Ok no judgment I used to be a bad girl lol. 5 years ago this month I was 16 and just moved back into my moms house. I did lots of cocaine, and a few other bad things and I smoked. Also this month 5 years ago on the 11 I had sex with Chris for the first time LOL, I was wearing blue nighty shorts and a white tank top with hot pink flip flops he was wearing shorts with an orange shirt and black boxers! OMG this just makes me sound horrible!!!!

I was living in Chicago by myself with Damon only coming to stay a few days per week. He was living mostly at his moms a hour away for his job and school. He ended up moving back in with me the beginning of December. We were both 26 years old and had NO plan on having children. At this time in my life I didn't think we would ever own a home or want children. We had already been married for 3 years too. A big part of me thought our marriage would never make it. I was working at a job I loved at the time and did enjoy staying by myself because I think around this time I grew up a lot of became a responsible adult.

I was working at TGI Fridays and in college. I hadn't met DH yet. No thoughts of kids. I was too busy partying and having fun!

5 years ago this month I had just celebrated my 19th birthday.. Graduated high school 3 months ago.. Made the decision not to go to college. Was still in the process of getting my anxiety/depression underwraps.. Jeremiah was living with me at my parents house. We had been engaged for like 3 months now.. Nothing too interesting!

I was in my Sophomore year of college, 19, had just gotten engaged to Mike, we were together for only about 4 months by this point. Everyone was still talking about how dumb I was for doing something so permanent so soon.........

That's a pic of me and my mom in Sept of 2004 (the year on my camera was wrong but I know this was 2004). I was living in Va Beach. I was about to turn 25 the next month. David was on deployment for 6 months and had left July 20th - 8 days after we got married on July 12th. I was just working and waiting for him to come home...I had been promoted to manager at the accounting firm and I had started my masters program at Old Dominion University that month doing evening classes. I thought I had better keep myself busy while he was gone. We were excited to start our family when he got home in January - wasn't until August though that we actually got preggo with Harrison!

I was in my Senior year of high school (I was 17) and working in an out sourcing company for Qwest Communications. I would have been brand new out of traning on the floor this week. I haddn't met dh yet(met in October 2004 at work). I was just going through the motions ready to be done with school, I didnt' like the preppy kids there(went to the school in town where most of the kids came from money, as the other high school in town were the "poorer" kids usually) and they didn't like me and my "loner, geeky, weird" ways.

Mom to Seamus (7.18.06) and Kieran 4.8.09). Seamus has Aspergers, SPD, Lazy Eye and is also Color Deficient/Blind, basically he doesnt' see green or red. I'm still learning more but feel free to ask me about it if you have any questions!

5 years ago this month I was just starting my final semester in college in Prince George. I ended up only staying until December and then moved back home. no job, jerk bf, nothing exciting.

5 years ago this month I was 26 and back at school to earn my teaching degree (only lasted one semester and realized it was not for me). Actually, on this very day me, Ian, his parents, brother, sil, and niece had just set sail on a week long caribbean cruise! We had decided right before the cruise that we would get married (been together for 4 years at that point) and got my beautiful ring while on the cruise! I was pretty much on cloud nine. Who would have thought that 7 months later I'd get pregnant with Liam!!!

In September 2004 I was 24 years old. DH and I had been together for 5 years already by that point, and living together for 2 1/2. We ended up getting engaged Christmas 2004 so DH was probably looking at rings lol. I had just graduated from grad school and we had moved to the Chicago area for DH to start grad school. I was starting my first "big girl job" with the agency I still work for.

Man, a lot of you are young'uns!
I was 23 and had been married to David for 3 months. I had just finished my lab certification program and we were living in Austin and I was looking for a job in the Houston area so we could move closer to family. Funny thing is, now we wouldn't mind being in Austin again! We love being close to family but Austin was a nice place to live.
We thought we'd probably try for a baby in a couple years but it ended up being longer till we TTCed and then it took awhile too.

I was 25 and lovin' it! I was in Charlotte, for grad school, and partying my butt off when not in school or studying. I met Eric a couple of months later.

5 years ago this month I started college! I also worked at Best Buy, where I met my psycho ex...

Five years ago this month I had been married to Jeremy for 3 months, though we'd been together for years already... I was 23 years old and was working at a local newspaper as a news writer and columnist and working as a receptionist at the University. I was one busy bee! This is also the year that I lost 40 pounds and felt great. I've managed to keep it off since! (besides during pregnancy, of course )
