We are going to have an October baby!
Had our regular recheck appt today. NST showed tons of contractions (and they are quite uncomfortable now). Cervix is only about 0.5 centimeter long (85% effaced), now with some dilation. His head is really really low. He measured 5lbs 9oz at 35 weeks.
Since he is healthy and has had the steroid therapy, she said to discontinue all meds and let nature take its course. Her guess was anytime in the next coming weeks... but she doesn't think he will stay more than a couple and in fact would not be surprised if he made his arrival this week.
This is a big shock. I'm quite nervous and scared, but excited at the same time.

I cannot belive he is going to be here so soon!! How exciting! It's a good thing you were so productive with getting his room ready, etc. Are you still on bedrest until then?

Officially off of bedrest, just no heavy lifting. I am very lucky that everything is finished for him. There are quite a few housecleaning chores I have not gotten around to yet though. But who knows, I might have a couple more weeks of being preggo.

That's so exciting! We're going to have our babies around the same time! Heck, you could even go before me at this point. 
Has anyone else noticed that we tend to have our babies in groups of 2-3 around here, even if there aren't two people due at the same time? It just seems to be a trend....
