Oliver has his 12 month check up yesterday. He is 29 3/4" long & 20 lbs. He is at 9% for body weight & around 46% for height. The doc said he is doing great. She is not concerned with his low weight. I love Oliver's doctor. I told her we co-sleep and I plan to breastfeed for at least another year. She is always so supportive when it comes to my parenting choices.
Oliver is running around and getting into everything lately! His favorite thing is opening drawers and cabinets. He pulls everything out and drags it around the house. Sometimes he puts in back in. My hair brush went in the toliet over the weekend.

His newer word is up and he sticks out his lower lip when saying it. It's so cute. The other day the cat was meowing and every time she meowed he would do it to. They went back and forther about 10 times and it was supte cute. It's amazing how they pick up on everything so fast.
This past weekend we took him to a local fall festival. We pulled him in his new wagon and he has a lot of fun. We took a hayride to the pumpkin patch and picked out a pumpkin. He had so much fun going pumpkin to pumpkin.
Lately if I'm home from work he wants to nap and comfort nurse in my arms. If I try to put him in his crib he wakes up and cries. We are still co-sleeping at night time. Soo... it's been hard to get much done on my days off. I sometimes can get him to nap on the sofa while I do stuff close by. Lately he seems to be nursing like a newborn but from what I read it's normal at this age. When I leave him to go to work in the morning he cries and cires and it breaks my heart. Maybe he needs that extra mommy time to make up for it.
Yesterday I held a 3 month old baby boy. Oh my.. did that make my baby fever go UP. I don't remember Oliver being that small at 3 months but I know he was because he weighed less than the baby I held when he was that age. Oliver didn't seem to mind that I was holding another baby. That was the first time he has been around one that much younger than him.
I think that is it.. I can't think of anything else.
