On my way home from the Baltimore Running Festival now! Thanks to this respiratory infection my race time sucked! I finished the 5k in 37:00 as opposed to my previous race PR of 29:59 and a training PR of 27:xx. But Baltimore was beautiful and the hotel was nice! And Shane and I got to have a get-away weekend all thanks to Team Under Armour! I got lots of new gear and some great stuff. I will post pictures once were home!

PR's: 5k-25:05 (old PR 25:10), 5M-45:03 (old PR - 47:22), 10k - 52:00 (approximate - training), HM-2:25:58 (ran a 2:17:36 during marathon), Full- 4:49:25 (old PR -5:49:40), 50k-7:05:56, 50M-13:31:14, 100k- 18:59:31 (old PR 20:56)
(All of these PR's are going down this season!)

Good job! You did better than about 95% of the ladies on this board could do Because I know that It would take me about an hour or 2 to run 5k and thats b/c I'd probably spend half of it walking (and I'm talking about even before I was prego lol).

Congrats though. Maybe next time you'll feel better and will definitely beat this time.
