Well, we decided we're going to stay here at my parents. So we'll have 4 bedrooms which is nice. Andy and my dad will start finishing the 4th bedroom very soon which is exciting. So now I get to run out and buy paint for all the rooms up here since we'll be here for a few years. I'll pick out Rylie's big girl bedding and decorations a little early so I can pick paint for that as well. We figured if we stayed here 2 years, while still paying the small monthly rent (will help my parents get out of debt too so this is a good thing all the way around), we'd save $25,000 and if we stay 3 years, even better! I think we've also FINALLY decided on the 3rd child time frame. Ya'll must think I'm crazy... changing my ticker so freakin much and that's if you noticed  We have decided 100% to TTC starting August 2011 but we'll re-evaluate next September/October and see if we'd rather start then. Either way, I won't be waiting more then 21 months

So glad you got answers and are happy with your decision! It's so hard to believe you and I started on IWABBMPD together and now you guys are planning #3! Pass a little of that happy home dust my way please!

How wonderful that you made a decision! It works out really well that your parents have that whole floor you can rent, and yeah, it must be great for them too since you'll help them get out of debt (and they get to see their grandbabies whenever they want).

It sounds like you are happy with your decision! I really think you are going for your best option. I do the exact same thing as you... have everything planned out for the next X years, how much we will save by when, etc.

Sounds like a good plane to me. And 25,000 with 2 kids in diapers is freaking awesome  !!!! What color paints are you getting??? Be sure to show us when you pick out Rylie's room stuff!!!

I definitely will! I'm halfway finished with Tay's room and the bathroom is about 95% finished, besides paint, so I'll take pics soon
