Hey guys,
Just thought I would update you on what’s happening in the Brandt Fisher household. Some of you may have noticed I have been MIA this past week. We just moved into a house officially yesterday although we’ve been painting for the past week and packing as well. We are about 75 percent out of the apartment and into the house but it’s a lot of work. We are sort of waiting to really but everything where it goes because there have been talks of them replacing the dirty dirty carpet which is really the only problem I have with this place. Otherwise we really love it.
On that note, yesterday as we were moving we had the dogs out in the backyard because the front door was open as we were obviously moving furniture and such. There were about 10 of us wandering in and out.Well as we were sitting around trying to figure out what to get for dinner, Scout went into anaphylactic shock and stopped breathing. The veterinarian believes she was stung by a bee. Her tongue and gums were white and her limbs were cold. Anyway, long story short, she is okay, thanks to our quick intuition and guys quick and precise driving. It was the quickest $1500 I have ever spent. We are trying to rebuild our savings so things are going to be pretty slim around here.
I found out last month that I got into graduate school at San Jose State University for their Library Science program so hopefully I will be a librarian come 2011 so we can start actively ttc. that summer if all goes as is planned.
