So I got my peak this morning, 4 hours after we DTD. The Dr., and everyone else says to wait 48 hours to DTD again with his low sperm counts, but I can't help but think that if even 1/3 of his swimmers are available, ONE of them *could* fertilize an egg. Would you wait or go again tonight and tomorrow?

Hmmm thats a tough one.... yall might think I'm crazy for asking this, but do you think that drinking an energy with give his spermies energy too.
I'd just probably wait until tomorrow though.

That's a tough one, Michelle. First of all, congrats on the excellent timing from this morning! That's got to give you a lot of hope right there. I think if I was you, I might wait until tomorrow morning to DTD again. With the 24 hours between romps you probably have a better chance overall.

Wait until tomorrow, definitely. I think tonight would be overkill. Maybe tomorrow midday or evening? You're covered for today girly!

I would do it again tonight or tomorrow AM. That will be 36-48 hrs. I dont know a lot about MFI, but if thats what the Dr recommended, I'd listen. He already isnt at a normal sperm %, so if you are only working with 1/3 of HIS sperm from DTD too soon, what % of normal would that be?? That is just my reasoning though. But you are right, it only does take one.
No idea why it takes million and millions of sperm to give you only a 25% chance each month...when it only takes one to do the job.

I know it's too late, but I hope you bd'd. How much sperm he has is affected by what was going on 60 days ago, so unless you were 'over-bd'ing' two months ago, you should be fine. I got preggo on the one cycle when we bd'd on the am and pm of ovulation day.

We did not DTD last night, but we have a date for tonight! We're going to watch the local elections come back with the Dems and Independents, so maybe some wins will put me in the mood?! Also, I got a Peak on my monitor again today, and it marked today as O day!
