I had found this local photographer online who had a lot of experience with natural-lighting children's photo shoots, but was looking to expand into maternity and newborn photos. After seeing some of her beautiful work with children I knew she would be equally talented with any subject! She was offering a free shoot and free 8x10 print in exchange for her using my images as a model in her portfolio (including online and marketing materials). In addition to being extremely talented, the photographer is also soooo sweet. We really hit it off each time that we met, from interview to final proofing. She also worked some miracles with the Photoshop, airbrushing away all of my stretch marks and I'm sure many other imperfections lol. I would recommend her in a heartbeat - will include her link at the end of all the pics in case might come across this and want to hire her.
So... I finally got the CD of proofs back, along with the prints I had ordered for myself and as gifts for the grandparents. Most of the outdoor pics were taken at an old sawmill/river area at 30 weeks and the indoor shots were in a second shoot at the photographer's studio at 32 weeks. Figured you girls would appreciate seeing the many different poses, outfits, props and settings we used. I know I based a lot of my ideas off of others who had beautiful maternity shoots (Breanna came to mind!).

Beautiful!! The outdoor photos are, of course, gorgeous. But I really liked some of the background patterns she used too. Everything coordinated so well. Looks you found a great up and coming photographer. Wish she was around here!

Those are all so fab! I especially love the one with the ribbon, the one in front of the water wheel, the ones on the bridge and the one with the umbrella, even though it's just of your belly and not really all of you  It is so great for you to share! You are so beautiful!
