35/36 week appointment x-posted

I'll be 36 weeks tomorrow, so it's kind of my 35/36 week appointment. It went well. I gained another pound, so that puts me at a 7lb weight gain this entire pregnancy. Even though she measured ahead on the ultrasound, my doctor said he'd keep my due date the 11th, even though she could be born sooner. I was happy because he said he rarely sees women carry babies bigger than they can deliver, so he wasn't concerned about her being bigger since I don't have gestational diabetes, or any other problems. And he will not consider an induction until the 11th, and then it would be my choice. Her heartbeat was 143bpm, and was very strong. She is definitely head down and very low. I can tell because I am getting stabbing pains in my cervix lately when she moves! My uterus is measuring 37 weeks. The only bad news is I tested positive for GBS. I have never tested positive during a pregnancy before, so I was a little upset about that, but I guess I just get antibiotics and it'll be okay. I go back next thursday, and he'll start checking to see if I'm dilated then.

I feel like time has flown, I can't believe she'll be here in a few weeks!

Yayyyy for being almost there!!!!! 7lbs! WoWsers!!!! Did you have a lot of m/s? I cant
really member if you had it or not.
