Sounds like you're enjoying him It totally doesn't spoil them! I wore/wear Taylor and Rylie, I coslept with both of them until the were 4-5 months and the transition went just fine and, I BF with Rylie. Everyone said I was going to have clingy, spoiled babies and that's DEFINITELY not the case!

I think he's fine. If it does become a habit then eventually he'll grow out of it. My friends newborn (she was born in September), got held a lot so now my friend complains b/c although its cute sometimes, her daughter cant sleep without somepart of her body touching her mothers (even if its just a toe). But hey babies are born to be spoiled until they know what to do in order to continue to be spoiled, then its not so fun anymore lol.

I was spoiled but only b/c even after my mom put me to sleep in my own bed, I would cry and my dad would allow me to sleep with them. This pattern went on for a while and I slept in the bed with them until I was SIX!!!! Mom hated it, dad loved it (that is until one night I literally kicked him out of the bed).

Guess you can see that I dont plan on co-sleeping too much here. This baby is bassinet bound lol.

Wow, just how fast do we expect kids to grow up these days? At 3 days old I doubt it's even possible to spoil a baby. I guess our wombs were spoiling them as fetuses too, eh? All that warmth and security LOL.

I'd say you're giving him exactly what he needs! I know my baby didn't like to be put down much at all the first few months. He didn't even want to sleep anywhere but laying on someone's chest!
Sometimes we just have either ignore ppl who tell you stuff you don't agree with OR explain your viewpoint and THEN ignore them if they continue to tell you are spoiling the baby.
