I've done this the past 2 cycles and while it's not set in stone, it's helped me go from 34--36 day cycles to 31 (same LP)

I blended regular unsulphured molasses with apple cider vinegar (1/3 cup molasses into 2/3 cup vinegar). Take 1 tbsp in the am and another in the pm, about 12 hours apart every day from CD 1 to past ovulation.

I can't believe how well this has worked for me. I was going to try the fish oil and evening primrose oil, but I couldn't take those consistently. Yes, it's kinda gross but you chase it with water after. The taste is gone in a few seconds. I think it's worth it!

Thanks for sharing. Doesn't that much apple cider vinegar burn your esophagus after a while? When I was looking up the use of ACV for detoxification purposes the directions always said to mix 2 teaspoons with a full cup of water.

You eat vinegar all the time, its in alot of foods, that much every day wont hurt you, its more like a cup a day would hurt you

I've never heard of that. I wish I knew about this before. I had long cycles too, they are so darn frustrating!

No, you chase it with water and it's gone. Plus the molasses is a base and it mostly neutralizes it anyway, so it's of no concern.

I sort of learned about this on Earth clinic, but it was honey with acv and it was a cure for sore throat. Except it made my acne tons better instead. Then I read that molasses is good for your period cramps and whatnot, and so I switched out honey for molasses--so it's been a long convoluted road that I made this conclusion.
