yay michelle! we can be workout buddies keep us posted on your progress hun
Lisa it is hard for everyone to find motivation i think! thats why i went back to my trainer. she is awesome and really motivates me, she got me in shape for my wedding. it was either spend money on new clothes or spend it on training to fit in my old clothes. lol. i'd like to lose 6.5 lbs by march.....it takes me a lot of work to get that amount off as i recall from the wedding prep, so wish me luck!

That's great news! Especially now that you are ttc. Honestly, I wish I worked out while I was ttc so I could have more stamina now. I constantly feel run down. Maybe you won't have to deal with that.

Sarah, you're not alone! I did 100 crunches and 50 sit ups last night and it hurts to breath today! I used to do 1,000 crunches a night! I'm way out of shape! (That was 200 regular, 200 knees to chest, 200 bringing head and knees up, and 200 to each side for obliques...for clarification). Sometimes I really miss highschool! The coaches made motivation a non-issue!

omg sara 1000 crunches!!! u were a machine! 150 is totally amazing too, i think i did probably like maybe 50 on the ball with a few oblique ones mixed in there too.
and yeah i hear what ur sayin Lisa, it must be really tiring keeping up with two little ones, and yeah i worry i might just mess it all up getting preggo too but oh well

But Sarah, if your in shape when you get preggo then you can keep working out while you're preggo and then you'll look amazing even AFTER right?!
