I thought it was pretty good! I really liked the werewolf scenes especially. I thought the acting was better then Twilight too, and it had a really good soundtrack. Although I think Bella is nuts choosing mopey and pale Edward over the hotness that is Jacob  Wow, is he a hottie! Haha, anyways I think they did a great job  Who else has seen it?

I saw it today!! I have to admit, reading the books, I didn't "get" the whole Jacob thing. Seeing it acted out...WHOA! I don't know if it was just because Jacob is so freaking HOT or what, but dayum! There were some seriously cheesy parts, but I thought it was better than Twilight.
And now I'm a little obsessed with Taylor Lautner!

Taylor did an AMAZING job as Jake! I was very impressed how he went from being happy Jake to being the harder Jake after he became a wolf. I loved the entire thing 
Is anyone else nervous about David Slade for Eclipse? I mean, I know it's done filming and Stephenie Meyer wouldn't allow someone bad to ruin it, but he freaks me out. I've seen an interview with him where he says vampires are meant to scare people, not what they're being made out to be now. As long as Melissa keeps writing the scripts I think we'll be good. I'm hoping it doesn't become all about gore like his other vamp movie was. I need the story to stay intact or I'll be really sad LoL!

I have not seen it yet. I'm debating if I should see it and have Damon watch Oliver or wait for DVD. There are a lot of other movies that I want too see right now. New Moon isn't on the top of that list. I did love the New Moon book though.. most people don't care for it as much as the others but I liked it.

I saw it last night. I was impressed although slightly disapointed they left out when Bella thinks hes a dream.
Was better then Twilight and i really liked Twilight.

I agree, in the book I didn't get the Jacob thing and it really annoyed me. But seeing the acting in the theater changed my mind, and I was surprised she didn't jump his bones for some rebound action! LMAO
And Jasper was hot too with that accent. Dr Cullen wasn't bad either

I have ZERO desire to see this movie or any other Twilight movie or read the books - I guess I'm like the only one in the world...but none of the talk on here or on the Today show or anywhere gets me intrigued....Sorry..I'm a dork I guess....but I really don't think I'll ever see it

MEMEME!!! *swoon* All the hunkyness in one movie just about did me in!  Gawd Jacob is so beautiful! And I think they stayed pretty true to the book... some of the smaller changes (the Harry scene, when Bella thinks Edward is a dream, when Edward should think he is dead and in heaven...) annoyed me. But the ending was GREEEEEAAAT!!!
