What are your plans for the upcoming holiday weekend?

we were going to stay in a hotel that has a new indoor water park attached but we got carried away with money this past weekend so we are just gonna go drive the mountains on thursday. dh has a 4 day weekend so it will just mostly be relaxing for him

Chris and I are both working til midnight on wednesday, we may go out with some friends on wednesday night for what we call "drinks-giving", then I'm getting up early to cook on thrusday since we are having 16 people over for dinner.. then we have to work 11:30-8pm on friday.. then saturday off and then working 1:30-midnight on sunday.. not really a fun holiday weekend for us lol

DH has to work Thursday and Friday - but me and the kids will be going down to my mom and dad's every day this weekend.....my parents live about 30 to 40 minutes south of us....or the folks and my sisters family will come up to my house. My sister and her hubby and kids (Ava 5, Maggie 3 1/2, and Brycen 1) are coming from PA. Brycen hasn't met all of us yet and Nora hasn't met all of them...so all the cousins will be together for the first time! Harrison is beside himself excited. We'll be having the big turkey day meal on Saturday since David has off Sat. and Sun. We'll also be doing family christmas will them since we won't be getting together with them for Christmas! Also, Ava just turned 5 this past Saturday so we'll be having a princess party for her!

We're staying here for Thanksgiving and my MIL and I will be cooking for the straggler relatives that have nowhere to go (lucky us!). Then Friday the boys and I will be visiting my parents while Ian stays here and puts up the Christmas lights uninterupted! Then either Saturday or Sunday we'll be getting our tree!!!

Thursday we are having lunch at my parent's house then dinner at DH's grandmother's house.. Friday I plan to do a little black friday shopping with my mom. DH will have the day off but will be hunting of course.. The rest of the weekend will be pretty low key, nothing planned.. I hope to put up the Christmas tree and get some decorating done while DH is hunting!

I think we are going to join my dad and step mom at my step mom's parents house. I don't know though, it is still up in the air.

It's not a long weekend here, but I have a birthday coming up so we'll be going at my mom and celebrate.

As of right now, with Mike's cough, my grandma doesn't want him aaround, so we'll watch the parade {my FAVE} and then hang around the house. My best friend from childhood was supposed to stay the night Thursday after we were with our respective families then she was going to spend my birthday with Mike because Mike had to work all day Friday...

But since he's not working......... I don't know what's up. I will have birthday money to spend on BF-- my bday, I just don't know what's gpomg pm!

We planned on driving to my SIL up in Chicagoland but Damon got offered to work on Friday and get paid double time so we changed our plans. I'm cooking a big feast here at home. I have a mommy friend and her family coming to have Thanksgiving with us. They are from NYC but are not traveling back home and had no plans so I invited them. I'm excited to have company for Thanksgiving this year! My mom was suppose to come but we had a big blow up yesterday evening and I don't know if she will be coming now.

I'm cooking and I'm way excited about it. We have family here and a couple friends are coming for dinner.

We're having dinner on Thursday at my parents. My sister will be coming. We won't be shopping on Friday this year, and Scott has training that day anyway. We'll probably stay in and watch movies.

We are having..well, lunch - 3pm - at my mom's house. OMG the food is so good Then afterwards well drive back into town (mom lives about 30 min from us, not far at all!) And visit Jay's mom's house for dessert. BF well just be hanging around the house but its also payday (I hate how this works out LOL) So I might hit up a tack store or 2 to complete Morgan's birthday present. Saturday is Morgan's birthday, so she gets her 3yr old Pink Pony birthday. she told me "no little ponies, momma, I want big pony birthday!" I bought her a pink grooming bag, with pink grooming supplies, a pink english saddle pad with lime green piping, and am hoping to get her pink helmet on friday if its on sale - and a giant hot pink bucket to put it all in! Hubby has thursday-saturday off - so Im hoping to get the christmas tree on saturday...well see what hubby says. So anyways - its a full weekend

Thursday morning we are going to hang out with my mom
Thursday afternoon we are going to my SIL's house for Thanksgiving dinner with all the kidlets there.
Thursday night we are going back to my moms for second dinner and dessert

Friday we will most likely be shopping the sales and may go to the zoo with the In Laws

Friday, Saturday and Sunday we are working on the house, will see my dad at some point, and I will be studying for a test. It is going to all be exhausting. Annnnnnd I want to put our tree and all our Chirstmas decorations up Sunday. I want to make a big to-do tradition with it and have cider, hot cocoa, play Christmas music, and burn some yummy candles I need to get Jack a santa hat!
