I'm with you! Despite running my highest mileage in months, I actually gained weight! It's really my diet that needs to change but the motivation can only help!

If its about getting healthy and not just weight loss I'll be pop over there....I'm actually at my lowest weight since high school (let's just say I don't even weight enough to give blood gahhhh). I really need to start working out...regular exercise would really help my blood pressure and my sugar issues....I also probably don't eat enough and so I don't get all the nutrients I need as well...could I still join you ???

I could never be 110 lbs! I figured out that even if I lost every ounce of fat on my body (based on % body fat) I would still be 104 at least! Guess I will never have that problem!

110 is pretty low, but it is a healthy weight for certain bodied short people. I am 5' and I want to say Keri is 5' 2"? Maybe I am wrong though. If I ate healthier like I should, I would be more at my goal weight. Food is even more of a problem when you are sleep deprived or short on time with a baby around. Not that I wasn't doing just fine before Jack with eating badly. Ugh. My highest outside of pregnancy was 118 and a doctor commented on my "gut". For real! I am always paranoid saying my weight b/c I don't want people to think I am anorexic, but you can see my pics on the journal and I look plump enough Ahhhhh, I think too much about weight sometimes. And food. And chocolate. And baked goods. mmmmmm

Ive been working out for the past almost 2 months at least 3-4 times a week for an hour with my hubby...so i think i will try to get back over there too! My main problem is changing my eating habits!! So ill transfer my journal over there because at least i know you girls!! i made one in the weight loss section of JM but i dont think anyone really goes in there, thats not very good for my motivation!

No one will ever take mine either... that or my bone marrow!! Out of this large group of people at this army thing I went to I was the only one who volunteered to donate bone marrow. I filled out my papers so they could put it on file or whatever and then they read it over and laughed at me . They said were not taking anything from you, you need to keep all you got . F'ers!

I know you love me MJ !! I humbly accept my position as the skinny bee-y-otch! Now if I could just be skinny and have some boobs too..I mean just some...not none like I have now ....I told my sister that my doc went to do my breast exam at my appt and ask me to flip over onto my back...she didn't get it !

Yeah 110 is the limit for giving blood and right now I'm 106 ...Michelle you're right I am 5 foot 2 inches if I stand up as straaaaiiiiight as I can! This is probably a bit too low for me but I honestly have no idea why the weight is falling off...maybe chasing two kiddos around is doing a number on me. I will say that food doesn't interest me in the least...I can go a whole day and at the end of the day be like - whoops I didn't eat a real meal....sad...but true ...so basically I need to get healthy I need to build some muscle and get my BP and insulin problems in check and gain a little weight probably. My hubby is on a mega health kick doing triatholons and half marathons and eating salads and almonds and what not so I should get alot of support at home!

Awh, Angela! They are f'ers
Bahahahahaha Keri! That is a good one. I am scared of getting empty pockets after I stop nursing and when I lose some. Doesn't that always happen? I love how you mention him eating "almonds and whatnot" as part of his health kick I am going to go have some almonds
Michelle - I would have the hardest time going to the gym in the snow too. When it gets cold here I just want to curl up in bed and snack alll day.
