This may seem like a no brainer to some, but I wanted to make a suggestion to the new moms/mommies to be.

Register online for all the free baby stuff you can! Similac, Nestle, Enfamil, Parent's Choice, Gerber, Beechnut, Johnsons, Huggies, Pampers, Luvs all send you free samples and major coupons! Even if you think you will BF and CD, I recommend registering just in case. And if you know other mommies that use things you don't, you can trade goodies.

This has saved me literally hundreds! I even registered DH, my mom, MIL, and SIL just to get more.

Definitely a good idea! If you don't use them, someone else on Jm always can.

One thing I have to add though...don't mean to be a downer but I'd wait until the 2nd trimester to register for all the freebies. I signed up for all this stuff for the baby I miscarried and it really really stung to get things in the mail about "what my 2 month old is up to now" etc, for the baby I lost. Each time it reminded me of how old he would have been.

oh yeah free samples!!! I did this with ian and I had samples galore!!!
