I think I do!
I was looking for a receipt to return something today and in our receipt box I found a booklet from a jeweler! So I *think* I'm getting engaged!!!!!!  It could just be jewelry but I'm hoping it's THE ring! (And I didn't open it or look for the receipt because I don't want to ruin anymore of the surprise!)

I'm not sure but we aren't doing gifts for each other so most likely it will be just clothes and other odds and ends from family

That would be great! I hope it is a ring but please don't set your hopes up too high in case it is not and then you'll be super disappointed on Christmas day.

From DH i know ive got some Undies and some "naughty" books. I dont know what he has got me from DD but its somthing jelery related. I also hope hes gotten me these boots i have wanted/gone on about/shown him/hinted big time for months From my mum & dad i've goten books and pjs

I know pretty much everything that I'm getting, just not necessarily the specifics. For instance, I know Lee got me this cashmere wrap cardigan I've been wanting but I have no idea which color he picked out.

Idk what SO is getting me. I'm hoping for a large suitcase as crazy as it may sound, I need one BAD!!! But I know he hasnt went shopping yet. MEN!

I'm not getting my hopes up but he has been being really secretive. He was having an IM convo with his buddy from highschool and when I walked towards the computer he hurried up and closed it. He was texting his niece and when I asked what she said he closed his phone and put it in his pocket. I was halfway starting to worry that he'd changed his mind and didn't want to be a family anymore. When I flipped out on him about all the secretive actions his response was, "You're really not thinking about this are you?" i figured he meant that I was being hormonal or something but now I think he meant that he was planning his proposal! And I made some crack about him never wanting to marry me and instead of saying differently he rolled his eyes and changed the subject. Normally he's very direct and open so I really think he has something up his sleeve! Also, I can't wear jewelry at work so I don't think he would get me a necklace or a bracelet.
If we don't get engaged, it's totally okay. I just think it would be a great Christmas/birthday gift and it would really make both our families happy too. My grandma told us she doesn't want me to give this baby his last name unless we get married. So I'm really hoping this is it!

nope. no idea. could be because there are ZERO gifts for me at my house. my mom paid for my very expensive haircut and product as my gift, and nothing else has appeared with my name onit

Our families have all told us that this is OUR last Christmas....next year it is all about Nolan, hehehe.
I do know my dad is getting us a flat screen tv! So fancy! Especially considering the one we have now was a hand me down. I feel weird getting a new one because ours works perfect....but that is what he wants to do, so I'm not going to tell him no.

Not getting anything? Hubby better get on it!
It's taken me four years to show my husband what an acceptable, woman present is - our first Christmas as a married couple he bought me CONDOMS... and I was already pregnant!

We're getting our 3-D u/s done on Monday so that's our Christmas gift to each other. Next month Ian is taking me to get contacts again--it's been over 2 years and I miss them so I'm really excited! I'm sure my in laws and parents will get me a little something but I'd much rather get stuff for the baby that I need still so I hope it's just gift cards to babies r us or something.

We are not getting each other gifts this year. We are tight on money with me becoming at SAHM and can't afford to buy a lot. We are spending the little money we have on Oliver's gifts. There is a small chance something might change before then and if it does then we will get eachother something small. We have never been big on getting eachother gifts. It's usually PJ's or other small things we ask for.
I do know my MIL got us a GPS.
Duh.. almost forgot to say... I hope you get that ring and engaged! That would be great!

I got my present about a month ago  I got a new digital camera, a nikon p90!! I love it!!! It was on sale a month ago so DH just told me to go ahead and buy it!

I hope you get a pleasant surprise on Christmas!
I got a wedding, a baby, a new house, new carpet, and a remodeled kitchen! Okay, those weren't really for Christmas, but DH and I agreed that we have spent plenty of money this year, no need to buy more for Christmas.

Ooo, I hope you get a ring!
I already saw my crockpot in the car (we switched cars) and that is something I asked for. I also saw a receipt that had something else kitchen related.
I just had my bday and he got me a Wii for that.
