I'm in shock right now. For the first time in almost 4 years AF showed up on her own!! I'm over the moon right now! I've lost 4 lbs in the last week and a half and I guess that made a huge difference!! I haven't an AF since our loss in June I'm hoping this isn't rediculous pain I'm in for!! Oh well I'm just glad she showed on her own!!

UPDATE: So I guess my excitement was short lived.. It was just spotting I guess. I'm so confused!!! There was red when I wiped yesterday, but today there is pink NO red what so ever! I dont get it! I've never "just spotted" in my life! I hope its just my body trying to get back into the swing of things

Congrats on your weight loss, that's great! As for the spotting, I'm in the SAME boat right now. Not only did my period last longer than normal but I spotted earlier in my cycle and yesterday and today I'm lightly bleeding... I don't get it. I think I'm Oing today but because I have a weird body I have no freakin clue

Thanks! I would love for them to come naturally and regularly, unfortunately the regular part wont happen.. stupid PCOS! I've never had a "regular" cycle.. it used to be anywhere from every 3 weeks to every 3 months and anywhere in between!
