Its been way tooooo long since I posted... I do read alot of posts on my blackberry... but its impossible to reply. My laptop broke a few months ago and still haven't replaced it. It fell off the arm of the couch... and was fine- but must have got a small crack in the lcd screen... and over a few days it was so bad that I could only see out of half of the screen. We hooked it up to a regular monitor in the basement but I don't get on it too often. And when I do I get on Facebook for a bit.
So I'm going to try to post more often. I am currently over at my parents for the weekend with ALexa and using my brothers laptop while Alexa is sleeping away.
First of all... Congrats to all the new mommies... how excited I am for you girls Congrats to all the gals who got BFPs!!! Enjoy your preggo days. They go by fast! And to you girls who are awaiting your BFP!!!
Updates now
Alexa is doing great! SHe is so wonderful, and so healthy! She'll be 9 months the day after Christmas! Can you believe it!!! I cannot!!! I feel like I was just preggo last week She only has 2 bottom teeth, any day now we expect a top tooth, or two? She crawls, stands holding on to the couch, walks with assistance- and loves walking, wants to do it allll the time!!! SHe started clapping this week and is just the happiest baby!!! Oh and starting a few days ago she started saying Mama... its more like mamamamamamamama... and she doesn't stop when she starts.... I love it. She may be a chatterbox like me We are still EBF, no solids, cereals, or anything but mommy milk straight from the pump I never pumped once, she never had a bottle either... if I had to go to work I would have, but haven't and I love nursing all the time!!!. She is about 20 lbs I think, and almost 30 inches. I thinks shes going to be tall like me, I'm 5'7". DH and I are doing great, we are still both unemployed, still living with our ILs, and still looking to move out of state, any state for a job. We just went to Chicago last week for interviews and a job conf for DH. Still awaiting news back. We loved living there b4, and would move back right away if we could. But need the job first! So we'll see. Just staying as optimistic as I can as I know life has to change sometime for us. WHen will it be our time
Ok, now the fun stuff.... here are pics we had done this week for Alexa's 9 mons and for Christmas.

Aww, those Christmas pics are sooo cute and I love your family pic too.
I hope your Dh finds a job soon!
Does Alexa still eat at night or does she sleep through? Matthew's been waking at least every 4 hr at night and I wonder if it's b/c he needs to eat more frequently since he's EBF. Still I am hoping to keep EBFing a little bit longer.

Thanks everyone. It's so good to see the friendly faces.
Shannon- of course she doesn't sleep throught the night. I've never heard of a ebf baby who has and I wouldn't want her too. Their stomachs digest bm so quickly that if she sleptthrough the night shed be starving. We cosleep still and she eats every 2-3 hrs every night. Works for us and I wouldn't change it at all. Pln to keep doing same til she's a yr then she will eat real food with us.

I guess it makes me feel better to know that it's normal...Matthew used to sleep through the night here and there, but I think now he's a big boy and def. needs his milk. I don't know too many other ppl still EBFing (pretty much every baby in my PR is getting tons of solids) so it's nice to know others are doing extended EBF as well.

So great to hear from you and see pics....I love that last one! I love the legs/baby shots! I hope you guys get the Chicago job! hehehehehehe

We co-sleep sometimes now...it's easier now that his reflux isn't so bad (before if I didn't burp him after he ate he'd puke everywhere). I'm just such a light sleeper though I can't sleep while he eats and every little thing wakes me up so I get deeper sleep when he's in his crib. But I looove it when we do co sleep and I wake up to a snuggly happy smiling baby, it is awesome!
Okay done thread jacking

Wow, still EBFing! Way to go! We are too, but not for much longer. I don't know how you girls can co-sleep. I wish I could, but I sleep like the dead. I am so not a safe co sleeper. My DH on the other hand is great. He and Jack like taking naps together. Jack still wakes every 4 hours to eat too.
I love Alexa's smile Anna She is getting big! I think it is adorable that she is such a chatterbox. She sounds like she is thriving!
