3D ultrasound pics

Hi ladies! I've been mia for a bit but things should be getting back on track now. We could use some T&Ps if you can spare them. My FIL was admitted to the hospital on Friday. His liver enzymes were through the roof and instead of the jerk cardiologist (who sucks btw) calling him he had his secretary call to tell him to get over to the ER right away. Apparently a normal liver enzyme level is about 50 and his are at 2000. We thought it might be the medication (which was doing more harm than good anyway) but his levels didn't drop even after he was dropped off all meds he could be. We found out yesterday he has Hepatitis B--a result of the blood transfusion he received during his emergency 5 bypass surgery at the end of July. We're all really ticked off to say the least but they can't do anything about it right now. He'll keep getting checked and if he's still positive in June then it'll be considered chronic Hep B. So if you could all keep him in your thoughts that his levels go down and it turns out to be just an acute condition I'd really appreciate it. He's finally getting released today so we're really glad he's home for the holidays. He feels fine and other than looking pretty yellow you'd never know he's sick.

And now for the u/s. We had our 3D u/s yesterday and I'm so glad we did this. It was so amazing getting to actually see her and her features. And she's most definitely a girl! LOL She looks so much like Lochy its amazing and she's got Ian's mouth--those full, pouty lips are gonna have Daddy wrapped around her little finger!

I took all the tags off her clothes yesterday and it's feeling so much more real to me. I finally feel like I'm having a daughter. We didn't get a ton of great pics because she was being a stinker and kept putting her hands in her face and she was playing with her hands, feet, and cord quite a bit (she was chewing on her cord a lot!). She's still breach and is using my placenta as a pillow! LOL Anyway, here's the some of the shots we got:

Sorry about your FIL. I hope they figure out whats wrong with him soon!!!

So sorry to hear about your FIL. I didn't know that you could still get diseases from blood transfusions with all the screening they do! I really hope things clear up soon!

Yeah I guess the whole screening process isn't completely foolproof, and there's always human error to factor in as well. Now the hospital needs to back track and find out the donor and see if the same donor was used for anyone else (and to let that person know they can't donate anymore).

I really can't wait for Lila to get here now. I wish the shadowing wasn't so bad on her eyes when they're open, it looks like she has two black eyes!

Aww! Shes so cute Jenn!! Her nose and chin do look like Lochy alot!!!! I cant wait to see her!! And i will be thinking of your FIL, that is so sad I cant believe things like that get by when your dealing with LIVES! Thats ridiculous!

You got some really clear 3D pics, your little girl looks very pretty already! I can definitely see the resemblance to your boys. She has the same kind of face shape and chin, and looks like she'll be getting the same cute button nose as well!
