Last night me and hubby went to go see a movie, but it was all sold out so we decided to go do some birthday shopping for the boys since we were kid free! We stopped at a kids shoe store called Panda Shoes - The Shoe specialist for the children and young teenagers.. They have adorable but expensive little shoes. I wanted to splurge and get some cute shoes for the boys.

We were looking around and the sales lady started giving some un wanted advice lets just say. There was alot of RUDE comments about the sizes I chose for the boys. Apparently her nephew who is 3 in april wears a size 9 shoe... so there is no way that a 7 would work for Curtis.... oh pardon me... I didn't realize all kids should be the same size.....

Then she said the that style of shoe I was looking at for Dustin was NOT reccomended by her at all. Heaven forbid I choose it. It was a soft soled little Puma shoe. She said that new walkers had to have full support and a hard sole. Uhh no! I told her that was very wrong, barefeet is best over all, if a shoe is to be worn the best is a soft soled shoe so the foot can be as natural as possible. Making walking much easier and blah blah blah. Anywho then she says "Well I know nothing, I've only been working here for four years...." Well they sell Robeez.... hahahahaha. geeze.

So James says "and do you have kids?" She says "Yes six, twins and triplets...." Uh, she was our age, if not younger..... and yet she must not have a child that is 3 since the example she gave was her nephew....

Okay phew i just needed to get that off my chest.

What a moron! I hate know-it-all people like that.

And fyi, Liam is 4 and only wears a size 8 shoe--feet come in all different sizes. I guess she didn't get that memo. And yeah, hard soled shoes for a new walker, great idea!

Nope I put it back and said I'd go some where else. There is NO way I'd give her my business! Also you can buy them any where... it's just like Puma and DC for kids? I could get them online and stuff. lol. It's just SO stupid!

We walked past the store again (It's in a mall) and there was no one on the sales floor so James wanted to take a pic and send it to head office lol. But I'm not one for that big of confrontation. He also wanted to find the correct information on our phones (we have iphones and they have internet ability) and show it to her... but again.. I stopped him haha.

I want to smack people sometimes...more and more lately
Seamus wore a size 8 until October, went to a 9 and then boom 2mo later he's in a 10 now and I swear he still has small feet, I keep hearing he should be in an 11 or a size 1 in boys. (especially for how tall he is he has small feet lol)

haha. I love when people are stupid enough to think they know everything. All I would have done is laugh at her. I'm sorry you had to put up with that

haha my first thought was 2+3 is 5 not 6. What a whack job! I'm glad you took your business elsewhere. I'd probably file a complaint so that her supervisors are aware that she's giving false info AND so they know how she's treating customers.

I instantly thought 2+3<>6. Haha. Oh well. Some people are just not meant to be in sales. At least it makes for a good story!

So are you going to share picture?!
