My dad and stepmother recently relocated to Tuscon for a few months because Cindy (s-mom) is a traveling nurse. And Alice & I are going to visit (hopefully!) in February for a couple weeks... and I wanted to know if you are anywhere at all close to Tuscon? Because if you are, I really want to meet you and Jack!!!!! It would be sooooo fun! I won't have a car there, but maybe could bribe my dad into driving me somewhere, meeting you somewhere, somethin'! I wanna meet you and Alice wants to meet mister Jack!

I live in the center of the city, so everywhere is pretty much a short drive for me

But I was thinking we could just maybe go to a park and play with the kiddos and maybe you could show me some cool sites! I will have to pry time away from stepmom & dad, but I already told dad I wanted to meet you and he thought it would be hella cool! SO YAY!!!!!!

Haha, maybe Kinkos makes cutouts? I have been thinking of doing an updated dance with Jack. A baby dancing video would be cute. I did get one of him dancing to Put a Ring on It, lmao. We should do it! I think we are going to have fun. Maybe even ditch the babies and hit the clubs!

One huge group meetup would be insane. We should all plan something like that.

LOL! No clubbing for Lauren. If I drink nowadays I literally fall asleep. Plus DH would kill me dead if he found out! (jealousy issues, haha!) Alice is very excited to meet Jack. She's going to dress up for the occasion.

How sweet! I am going to show Jack some Alice pictures so he will recognize her when he sees her Tucson is no LA when it comes to things to see, but we have some nice places and parks so it will be a blast just to meet you and hang out!

I have never been to AZ so it'll be nice to just soak up the culture and eat some good food! LOL! I am going to have to buy some weather-appropriate things for Alice though- all the clothes that fit her now are winter clothes since it is BUTT FREEZING here. So what should I expect temperature wise? What should I get for Alice?

I would say expect the weather to be in the high 60's. I just put Jack in long or short sleeves, and pants and he is good to go! It gets colder at night though, so maybe a sweater for then. Much warmer compared to where you live I guess. If she is in a dress and wearing socks I bet she will be fine

If you end up going to some outdoorsy places depending on the time of day it may get chillier, so a sweater and hat for back-up may be a good idea. I have been thinking of places we can go, it will be a lot of fun! And Dustin will for sure take pictures of us. HE thinks it is great I am finally meeting one of my online friends. Yay!

I will look thru the things I have already for her that may work, but any excuse to hit up the consignment shops is FUN! I want to get a few new things for the trip

I havent even mentioned the trip to DH really. I am not really going to invite any fighting from him lol. i am looking forward to this though!
