Hey guys, just posted another update over there, I'll repost here too
Quote:
Ok some more updates
She hit pretty regular contractions before leaving (she left about an hour after I posted, and sent a picture which I need to get off my phone to post here, so cute)
She had trouble getting through to the doc's hotline to ask if she could come in, but they finally got an answer and they got down to the hospital
She was at 4-5 cm this morning around 7am, so about 3 hours after I posted, and just after she got there, so by her basic first check, she was at 5 cm
-1 Station
90% Effaced
IV in to start Magnesium at 8am for blood pressure, she's shaking alot, and that was about 30 mins ago
I am headed out to work but should be home in next few hours, so I'll have more updates when I get back!
|
She writes fairly often, so I'll have some updates pretty quickly I hope

I also just noticed: Today was also Lily's expected birthing date! She's also going to be in that rare 5%! A honeymoon baby, born on EDD! She's aexceptional and wonderful little one already!

Oh wow! Good luck Shan! I hope that she will be able to deliver vaginally. Most importantly, I hope that her and the baby make it thru safely.

Gosh Lily! Stop being stubborn and let mommy's BP come down! ELV's Shannon! 5CM is a great start! Hopefully the rest goes quickly too!

That's a big hellz yeah. BUT I think she may avoid a section! She was already at 5cm before the pit/mag, so that is good!! Plus, she is facing the right way last I heard. This is way too much like my labor so I am feeling for Shannon right now. I have a goood feeling Lily will be here soon though and she can avoid a section. Go Shannon!!!
