I had an appt today with my doc to discuss our tests, and to review my charts, and hopefully come up with a plan.
Good news- She was not concerned by my HSG, she thinks it's fine.
Dh's SA came back pretty good. His morph was just slightly off (by 3), but there were such a high number of sperm, that she said it shouldn't make too much of a difference. Motility was good.
Then she looked at my charts.... The last 2 cycles i've spotted up to cd 14, and the last cycle i only had a 7 day lp. Because of the spotting, she wants to do one more ultrasound to check lining, and for a cyst. If everthing is ok, we will start clomid. My appt for ultrasound is next thursday.
I hate waiting.

Do you have the US scheduled? When would you start clomid?
I hope the time flies by for you!

waiting sucks but you are so close to the clomid!
i had lots of midcycle spotting too....try the instead cup after DTD maybe? i put mine in for at least 8 hrs after dtd and despite all my spotting it worked. i know thats not the main issue, but i figure when you have the clomid going it might further increase chances, kwim? just thoughts! your bfpwill be here soon alice

I'm honestly a little nervous. I know clomid isn't a guarantee... I just hope it will do something.

Wow, exciting! Glad the sperm are looking good, and your HSG as well. Lots of babies have been conceived on clomid, so you never know. Maybe a little clomid, some progesterone support, and BAM - you get a big 'ole preggo belly!

I hope this is it for you Alice! It wasn't an exciting appointment but it's all good news (except for the spotting)! Hopefully it's going to be a quick and easy fix and you will have a BFP next cycle! EEK!
