Anxious...overwhelmed....tired....excited....I think that sums it up pretty well, hahaha.

I can't believe I'm 34 weeks already...I have my 1st shower this Sunday and my 2nd is at like 38 or 39 weeks (should be fun, haha). My midwives are pretty sure that Nolan is breech the majority of the time (he is still turning which is incredibly painful) which is a surprise because of his size (he is "larger" they say). I have an ultrasound next Monday to check his position so we can take the proper steps to get him to turn if he is in fact still breech.

Mostly I feel pretty good though - since he isn't head down, I get don't have to pee all the time but I can't breathe with his head in my ribs. But when he IS, I'm going every 5 minutes. I can't seem to gain any weight..in fact now I am losing weight...and I'm eating ALL THE TIME so I guess I just have to go with it. I'm measuring ahead and I'm huge, so clearly he is growing just fine.

Still have tons and tons to do....all of our classes are in the next few weeks, still have to pick a pediatrician, wash all the clothes & blankets and stuff. I can't believe he is going to be here in just a few weeks. February 28th is a full moon and just a few days before my due date so I totally think that will jump start his arrival, hehe.

I'm doing just fine. Thanks for thinking of me! I'm working half days now YIPEEE!

I am happy to report I haven't had any swelling *yet,* however, I am feeling gigantic. I wish I had Heather's problem of not being able to gain weight All my OB appts have been very routine and basic. My Dr seems to think, despite my substantial size, this baby will be 6.5-7.5 lbs. But I haven't had any additional ultrasounds since my anatomy scan at 20 weeks. I have an appt on Friday for my GBS culture and I'll have my first cervical check too. I will be shocked if there is any dilation or effacement. I don't think I've had a single BH contraction.

Other than that, I am physically ready. The nursery is done, clothes are washed and in place, car seat is set up, hospital bag is packed. However, mentally I feel so unprepared. I'm just trying to relax and let nature take its course
