Almost certainly will be leftovers! We have leftover grilled chicken and hamburgers and leftover pot roast. Not sure which it will be.

If DH is at band practice, I will make a turkey cheese sandwich and a salad. Otherwise, I will cook the steak in the fridge and have a side salad for me and green beans for DH (I hate green beans!).

Pork chops, scalloped potatoes and broccoli. Not what I WANT to eat at all, but the pork chops are going to go bad if we don't use them

Pulled beef sandwich (on a roll from the bakery down the street). Same dinner as last night but it was just so good and we have lots leftover!

Crockpot pulled beef recipe:

Chop yellow onion and put in bottom of crock pot. Slosh in a few shakes of Worcestershire sauce. Mix flour, black pepper, salt, ground cumin, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder. Rub pot roast with spice mix. Put in crock pot on high for 5 hours. Shred beef with fork. Make sauce by thickening juices with corn starch and then add ketchup. Additional salt to taste.
