What are common things you usually have for breakfast?
What about lunch?
I need ideas.

Lately my breakfasts have been cereal or a homemade smoothie or yogurt or peanutbutter toast with cinnamon and sugar or a bagel and creamcheese.
Lunches are usually a sandwich or soup or leftovers or if I am specifically lazy, a Lean Pocket.
Today for breakfast I had a smoothie (grape juice, frozen strawberries, frozen mixed berries, banana, and milk)
Today for lunch I had a meatloaf sandwich on wheat bread with a slather of Polish mustard and a mandarin orange and some White Cheddar Curls (cheesy poofs).

For breakfast I'll have some Stoneyfield yogurt with granola or a muffin. Lunch is usually leftovers though sometimes I'll boil up some pasta and toss with italian dressing.

When I actually eat breakfast (which is very rare) I eat some frosted shredded wheat! Sometimes Jasons makes us scrambled eggs and ham for breakfast on the weekends which is so good!
Lunch...normally I just eat a frozen weight watchers meal (ugh!) lately because im trying to lose some weight. Or leftovers from dinner the night before.
So im really no help at all with ideas!

I usually have a coffee for breakfast, that's it. Lately I have been try to have a bowl of oatmeal a few days a week to help with my supply.
Lunch is whatever I can scrounge up. Sometimes it is dinner leftovers, sometimes soup, or maybe some crackers and cheese.

for breakfast, usually I have cereal or toast. very rarely I make an actual breakfast of like eggs or pancakes, but it's not often.
lunch can be anything from leftovers to a sandwich, salad or soup. I need to get more in the habit of having set meal plans and actually eating breakfast and lunch. a lot of the time I don't.

Breakfast ideas: sausage, BACON, toast with jam or sunbutter (normal ppl could do peanut butter), cereal with my choice of fake milk, oatmeal (I add frozen blueberries to it, super yummy). Pancakes, sometimes Dh makes a big batch on the weekends and I eat them throughout the week.
Lunch: leftovers usually, sandwich, soup from a can, easy box mix type stuff. I never get real involved with making something for lunch. Oh and your fav, sometimes I eat some avocado, especially if I'm feeding some to Matthew. Salad would be good if you like salad (I don't)

DH makes breakfast so it depends and it varies and is either singly or a combination of pancakes, bacon, sausages, tuna, eggs (omelet/scrambled), chicken nuggets, turkey ham, sandwiches, etc.
Lunch - leftovers or I buy lunch and that varies too depending on my mood.

Breakfast: I am a creature of habbit, I either have a bowl of Cheerios or toast with peanut butter & mashed banana
Lunch: Soup & sandwich mostly, or sandwich & fruit.... fillings can be: ham, cheese & mayo, mayo & ham ( notice the trend), tuna/mayo with small cubed apple pieces through it , toasted fruit bread (made by my breadmaker machine!)

Breakfast: I normally have cereal when at work and a coffee from Starbucks or a fruit and yogurt parfait from Starbucks. Very occasionally I have McDonalds. On the weekends I either go to IHOP or Bob Evans.
Lunch: whatever I made at home, Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers, Oscar Mayer Deli-Creations or a chili dog from Nathans hot dogs. It varies.

First off CRAZY SALAD HATERS!!!! I LOVVVVVVVE salad!! With organic roman lettuce, cucumbers, shredded carrots or sliced in little circles, cheese and topped off with bacon bits, croutons and ranch dressing ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!
For breakfast on weekdays I always make scrambled eggs and either whole wheat toast or pancakes for me and Landen.
Weekends bacon, eggs, french toast or pancakes.
Lunch I eat what ever I cook Landen. I eat ALOT all though out the day.
