Bed rest

When I was 6 weeks I was diagnosed with a SCH (subchorionic hematoma). At 8 weeks I was told it had reabsorbed. I had some bleeding at 11 weeks and an ultrasound showed the hematoma was still there and had grown. Then about a week and a bit later at 13 weeks I was told it had gone again. I guess I've never fully believed that its gone because the stuff we went through already but I went along with it.

I had a bit of spotting (blood mixed with CM) yesterday morning so I called my doctor and he asked me to come in and see him. When I got there he said didn't want to check my cervix in case it irritated further he gave me a swab to do of the insides to just get checked for an infection... Bubs HB was nice and strong, He checked my urine everything was good there. He said hes not convinced that my hematoma has gone and that he wants me on moderate bedrest until 22 weeks (when I see him again). He gave me a referral to go get a scan asap to check my cervix also and look for the hematoma. So I went across the road to the hospital and tried to get in. But they couldn't fit me until the 10th which is the day before I have my morphology scan booked anyway! She was really catty about it so I waddled back over to the clinic and stalked his waiting room When he came out to get the next patient I went up to him and told him what she said. He was pissed he asked me to come into his office so he could call them. Anyway he gets on the phone and he argues with them for like 10 minutes it was sooooo funny. Finally he got me an appointment for 2.50pm Monday (Its 3pm Saturday here).
