What are you having/making?

I ask partly cuz i wanted to share what I made!
I havent really felt like cooking, and its been takeout for the last week basically, but today I made mediterannean grilled chicken (in a basil/mint marinade) with sauted zuchinni and cherry tomatoes. with a side of smashed red potatoes with feta & roasted garlic & basil. seriously i tried the potatoes because i thought i had ruined them by putting a rather generous splash of white wine vinegar in there but they were SO good!
(i should mention i premade the meal really early cuz i have to leave for night class soon and get home for dinner at 10pm)

Oh that sounds very yummy. DH put together a beef stew with an Indian flavor profile in the crockpot before he left for work this morning so I have been smelling it all day. Let's just say I can't wait to dig in! Hopefully it tastes as good as it smells.

Sarah, hook a sister up with the recipe! That sounds sooo good!

I don't feel like cooking tonight, so we'll go out somewhere. Nothing fancy, just something quickish.

Yummy meals.

I really don't feel like cooking. So I'm going to do honey garlic chicken strips and a fresh garden salad. Mixed veggies for the boys.

I made some tombstone pizza!!! I cooked turkey burgers yesterday with home made fries.

If it snows this weekend, ill probably make some lemon pepper chicken or seasoned baked chicken. I would make Ashleys mashed potatoes but i might opt for rice instead.

I've got strep throat (boo!) so I should probably be having something like soup. but I think I'm going to have chicken quesadillas. I'll just have to make sure I chew it a LOT.

DH stopped on his way home and picked up pizza & wings for dinner...which we haven't done in well over a year, so it was REALLY yummy!!! We ate it on the couch while watching Weeds, hehe.

Tomorrow we are having crockpot bbq chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies. MMMMMMMM.

I made this and it was delicious! Put it over some fortified whole grain angel hair pasta. Meant to make grilled asparagus with it but ran out of time.
