Was your following PP AF's different then the ones before you had baby?

Before J.J, my PP AF's were super painful, but spot on at 28-30 days.

Now, they are not painful (not complaining there) but they are SHORT as can be! I am only having a 7-8 day LP!

Granted, this means nothing to me since DH can't knock me up anyway, but do you know how super annoying it is to have your AF every 23 days?!!

Before Henry, I had super reliable periods. They were always the same length, always heavy then lighter, yada yada. The first PP AF was the same, but every one after that has been alittle different. They are painful and unpredictable

Pre-Kirsty I had very painful AFs. Now I'm still as reliable in my 28day cycles, but I spot very early, like for 3-4days before AF shows, pretty much pain-free but very heavy, and short LPs. Not an issue as we're not ttc.

I'm getting the mirena coil fitted next week or week after to combat the heavy periods - I'm sooooo dreading it. I'm terrified at the thought of getting something put inside me, but they are supposed to be the most reliable "AF-stopper".

Mine are different too. I don't get bad cramps anymore. I thought it was because of BF? Who knows... They are still light but my cycle days change more than they use to.

Mine were never painful but they were regular. Post-Amara, they were a bit wonky but the I realised that it could have been a result of the mini pill so I stopped taking them and they regularized. I just started to take regular bcps again.

I never got one after Liam before I got pregnant with Loch but after Loch they were definitely different than before I had the boys. I was only regular the couple months leading up to getting pregnant with Liam so I've been having years of very long cycles. They were pretty painful though not heavy at all and I'd get tons of PMS symptoms. Once my cycle resumed after having Lochy (he was 13 1/2 months old), they were heavier but absolutely zero PMS symptoms--no bloating, cramps, headaches, nothing. I had a super short LP though which made it really hard TTC Lila.

My AFs now are more painful but I'm a little more regulated than I used to be.
