I eat A LOT of cereal. Like a ridiculous amount. Like a few bowls a day. So I think I'm pretty good. Plus I still drink coffee at Starbucks a few times a week.

I'm seriously addicted to cereal. And milk is my solution for heartburn and for my midnight hunger pangs

I drink a ton of milk and did while preggers. I always love stumbling across something that reassures me I've been doing the right thing.

Hmmm, I dont think I drink 4 glasses a day but my prenatals have calcium and I eat yogurt and put milk on my cereal. I take my prenatal vitamins with milk because it helps them go down and not bug my stomach at all. Good info!

I take 2 maximum strength Tums before bed every night for the calcium.

I also think that is why I have VERY rarely gotten any heartburn during my entire pregnancy!

I just downed a glass of milk! I drink it every night because it is the only thing that helps my heartburn, which is always killer in the evening.
